About ROXIQ
An independent percentile lab for HYROX.
ROXIQ processes every public HYROX result, scores every split against the population you'd actually compete with, and surfaces the one thing that, if fixed, would move you up the most ranks.
Principles
- 01Verdict first, then the numbers.
We never bury the answer in a chart. The headline tells you what's wrong; the data tells you why.
- 02Independent of HYROX.
Built by athletes, for athletes. No commercial relationship with HYROX, no event tickets to sell, no incentive to flatter your time.
- 03Open methodology.
Every percentile and pool is reproducible from the source data. If you can't see how the number was made, it doesn't belong on the page.
- 04Athlete-first decisions.
Default pool is your division × your age group at the same event — the people you'd actually line up against. Bigger pools are available; they're rarely useful.
Methodology
How a percentile gets calculated
- 01Pull every published result for the matching event, sex, division, and age group from the public HYROX results corpus.
- 02Drop DNFs and outliers (>3σ from the median), typically 0.4% of the pool.
- 03Compute the rank of your time in that filtered pool. Percentile = 1 − (rank ÷ pool size).
- 04Repeat for each split (8 stations + 8 runs + RoxZone), each against its own pool.
- 05Aggregate to overall, run-only, station-only, and transition lenses. All visible on the Percentiles tab.
